She is the CEO of Mable Cannings International with over 25 years experience as an entrepreneur. Mrs. Cannings has a diverse background in institutional marketing, communications, public relations, non-profit fund raising, grant development, program planning and small business management and consulting. Mrs. Cannings graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Urban Studies. She is a certified Life and Extreme Business Coach.

Ms. Cannings was recognized in “Who’s Who in Business” and is the recipient of numerous other local, state and national awards over her professional career. One particularly notable award was the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year, presented to her in a VIP ceremony held at the White House by the Secretary of Labor for her work with economically disadvantaged youth.

She serves as a volunteer for several organizations in her area where she is a life skills coach and conducts educational and cultural tours throughout the US. She was inducted into the Woman’s Hall of Fame in 2004 by the City of Nacogdoches Texas for Professionalism in Business.
